The web2.0 abstract which is start from o’Reily and MediaLive discussion meeting. Dale Dougherty who is the pioneer , mean while ; is the second charger in O’Reilly company , in fact ; after the internet disruption , there are more popular internet application systems advent suddenly which is called 『web 2.0』 .

In pass half of one year, almost people who can use the computer also understand what is the Web 2.0 , even there were many people argued about this , and said that is insignificant . But don’t doubt it ; web 2.0 is already accepted by most people.

As the same theory as high technology pass by, web 2.0 not has exact interface
Just the important axis. We can consider it to a interplanetary which combine by every webs and in different distance .

For example , in OCT ,2004 , John Battelle and Tim O’Reilly had a discussion about rule of Web 2.0 during the first workshop . which mention that “”web should be used for cross-platform “”, although these pioneers provided these useful modus ., but there still has many problems have to be solved . therefore; although DoubleClick and Akamai are the pioneers in Web 2.0 , but there also can see the different design factor in the other internet web which became more and more popular in internet.

The special characteristic of Web 2.0 is Blog development . Actually , more and more personal Blogs appear in internet web, wherever there is not big deal of the personal diary and comment are allow read by each browser . The blog produce is by RSS skill. And which is the basic improvement in internet. We can call it Incremental web or Live web.

If Rss can make personal blog different with the others the significance of Permalink is the most important factor. Everyone can order personal photograph area from RSS and can also share with each other , the sill made the blog to be the most worth web in internet , and let Web 2.0 to be the most important pioneer in internet web.
